The end user is responsible for all hardware until it is returned to Safetrac at the termination of the contract or lease. You may disconnect the equipment from the vehicle(s) yourself or our engineers will do it at a cost of £65 per unit. If the equipment is lost, unable to be returned or damaged beyond operability during the contract period the cost of replacing it (as per Purchasing price above) is wholly incurred by the end user.
Warranty: All units come with a one-year RTB warranty.
Safetrac will undertake to provide for Pay As You Go contracts equipment that is either new or refurbished and reformatted to be equivalent of new.
Pay As You Go contracts may be cancelled any time after the first three month. Removal of a unit from a vehicle will incur a £65 removal charge. Removal of a unit from one vehicle and installation into another on the same visit will cost £120. Hardware supplied under pay-as-you-go agreement may be refurbished units and will remain the property of Safetrac Solutions Ltd.
Lease Administration Charge: There is a one-off fee of £95 applicable to the leasing options. This is per contract, not per vehicle
